Artist's Resale Royalty (Droit de Suite)

The Buyer agrees to pay the Artist a resale royalty of 5% of the gross resale price in the event the work is resold by the Buyer or any subsequent owner. This obligation is binding on all future transferees and shall be disclosed at the time of any resale.
